Clerk in Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Management of the main cash register.
- Management of the main and subsidiary ledgers.
- Assistance in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Support in the operation and servicing of the telephone switchboard.
- Assistance with mail processing (incoming, distribution, franking).
- Management of office supplies.
- Handling various accounting tasks (e.g. intercompany reconciliations, reconciliation of control accounts).
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ.
- Completed further training as a clerk in accounting.
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
- Very good MS Office and Abacus knowledge.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
