Modern working environments are developing rapidly. We are looking for a personality who recognises technological trends, translates digital workplace solutions into concrete added value, and helps shape a high-performance working environment for modern teams.
Responsibilities:
Development of a future-oriented workplace strategy with a focus on cloud, collaboration, and employee experience
Design of integrated solutions for digital communication and location-independent working
Evaluation of new technologies and integration of suitable innovations into existing workplace landscapes
Conceptualisation and implementation of optimisations in the Microsoft 365 environment
Automation of recurring processes and further development of existing workplace processes
Analysis of requirements from various departments and translation into technical solution concepts
Support of projects related to modern workplace, cloud migration, and collaboration
Coordination of technical adjustments as well as planning and implementation of releases and changes
Ensuring availability, security, and user-friendliness of the deployed workplace services
Collaboration with internal technology teams and specialised IT partners
Participation in architectural decisions and the technological advancement of the digital working environment
Qualifications:
Technical education or further training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
Practical experience in the area of modern workplace, digital workplace, or cloud collaboration
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and relevant Microsoft cloud technologies
Understanding of identity, endpoint management, collaboration, and modern cloud working models
Experience in implementing technical projects and introducing new IT services
Interest in topics such as automation, cloud transformation, and digital employee experience
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in advising various stakeholders
