Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to bring their experience in operational accounting into a dynamic environment. You will independently take on various tasks within accounting and ensure reliable processing of financial transactions. In doing so, you maintain communication with different contacts and flexibly support the team with other tasks in the finance area.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate the payment transactions and ensure correct and timely processing of all payment procedures
You handle the accounts payable, check incoming invoices and take care of the corresponding payment approvals
You manage the accounts receivable, monitor outstanding items and handle the dunning process
You ensure cover in the accounting team during holidays and absences
You work with various ERP and accounting solutions as well as Excel and thus support efficient and structured processing of financial processes
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have further training in accounting and finance
You bring several years of practical experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
You are proficient in working with ERP and accounting systems as well as MS Excel
You have very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
