Lead Full-Stack Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing, and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
Implementation of backend, web, and mobile solutions within a modern, scalable software landscape
Responsibility for the entire software lifecycle – from technical conception through implementation to deployment and further development
Development of robust messaging and communication functions considering data protection, encryption, and high availability
Analysis of new technologies and frameworks as well as co-design of architecture and technology decisions
Automation of build, test, and deployment processes through modern CI/CD workflows and continuous improvement of development quality
Qualifications:
Degree, training, or comparable professional background in software development
Several years of experience in developing scalable and multi-tenant applications
Solid knowledge in mobile and cross-platform development as well as modern software architectures
Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and virtualisation as well as a good understanding of security, testing, and performance
Analytical and independent working style, strong team orientation, and enthusiasm for technical decisions; very good German skills, English B2 advantageous; military leadership experience advantageous
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
