Head of Finance Real Estate - Zurich (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel management of the finance, controlling and HR departments as well as the financial management of the company
You support the CEO with financial and strategic issues and manage the board secretariat
You are responsible for accounting, annual financial statements as well as liquidity and budget planning and coordinate external partners such as trustees and tax experts
You take on the commercial management of several real estate companies and investment vehicles, including the founding and structuring of companies
You are the contact person for investors in financial and administrative matters and further develop project and company reporting
You prepare complex profitability and investment calculations and accompany real estate transactions
You work closely with the project development and acquisition teams and contribute to attracting new investors
Qualifications:
You have a higher business education with a focus on finance, accounting or real estate management
You bring several years of professional experience in a leading finance role within the real estate industry
You have in-depth knowledge in the assessment and management of real estate development projects as well as practical expertise in annual accounts, budget and financial planning
You have experience with profitability calculations, project costing, investment analyses as well as in the structuring of real estate companies and real estate transactions
You communicate confidently in German
