Group Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of consolidated monthly financial statements
Further development of closing and reporting processes and the Group Accounting Manual
Assisting in the preparation of the annual consolidated financial reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
Contact person for group companies at home and abroad on accounting, valuation, and consolidation issues, including continuous quality improvements
Active participation in projects and initiatives in the areas of consolidation (e.g. introduction of new consolidation software) as well as internal and external reporting
Further development of existing reporting and key figure systems / opportunity to participate in the introduction of a new business intelligence tool
Assisting in reporting to the Board of Directors or committees of the Board of Directors
Qualifications:
Completed business administration education (university or university of applied sciences degree) with a focus on accounting, expert in accounting and controlling / federally certified auditor or equivalent qualification
(Several years of) professional experience in similar positions in an international corporate environment is an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of the accounting process of consolidated financial statements as well as knowledge of consolidation and reporting systems is an advantage
Team player with a hands-on mentality and a healthy dose of initiative
Assertiveness, organisational skills, and a high level of performance orientation
Strong flair for numbers and very good analytical and conceptual skills
Very good oral and written English and German skills
