For our ROCKEN partner, a large international company in the energy sector based in the Bern region, we are looking for a professional as Senior IT Controller. You will help shape how the group IT is financially managed and be responsible for budget, service billing, and reporting. In doing so, you will further develop IT controlling with international standards, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities:
You coordinate revenue, volume, and service budgets of the group IT and align them with internal customers
You prepare the periodic billing of IT services and ensure complete, correct, and transparent processing
You create reports as well as revenue, cost, and volume analyses and provide transparency for management and control
You advise service owners and managers on budget, service prices, and billing and connect finance with IT service management
You further develop budgeting, forecasting, calculation, and reporting standards and help shape the introduction of IT controlling standards such as Technology Business Management
You drive automation, digitalisation, and the targeted use of AI in IT controlling
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IT controlling and are familiar with IT cost allocation and financial management of IT services
You have experience using AI tools and think technology-affine about existing processes
You work independently, proactively, and consistently and maintain focus even in the face of resistance
You build bridges between different stakeholders with confident presence and clear communication
You have very good German skills and good English skills
