In this role, you actively support our insurance and pension advisors in their daily activities. Through your sense of service and commitment, you directly contribute to providing our clients with professional, reliable, and quality support.

Your main mission is to provide effective support in contract follow-up as well as in handling simple claims.

What You Bring

• Training in the insurance field, ideally complemented by the AFA intermediary certificate
• Friendly personality, comfortable in customer contact and motivated by support in simple claims
• Category B driving licence
• Initiative, autonomy, and organisational skills
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and open-mindedness
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Mastery of another language is an asset

The Moutier-St-Imier general agency offers you a versatile, stimulating, and varied position within a young and motivated team. To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires AFA insurance intermediary training, non-life and life profiles. If you do not yet have this certificate, we are happy to support you in obtaining it through suitable internal training.

The starting date is to be agreed upon, as soon as possible. The main workplace is in St-Imier, with a few days per year at the Moutier site. The employment rate is negotiable from 80%. Below you will find more information about our commitment as an employer.
