Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for product development (from idea to series) in international, interdisciplinary teams
- Translating user and market needs into the product development process
- Creating CAD models and conducting simulations, tests, and calculations
- Researching and analysing relevant technical information
- Developing concepts
- Close collaboration with the manufacturing team
- Regular presentation of project status to management and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Degree as MSc/BSc ETH/FH or equivalent education with a focus on mechanical engineering / development and design
- Ideally project management experience in an international environment is an advantage
- "Hands-on" mentality and great interest in manual activities
- Good Windows Office skills, 3D CAD
- Experience in modelling and design, ideally experience in FEM simulation
- Fluent German and English skills
