Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of regular scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Leadership and organisation of the team, including personnel planning
- Supervision and management of repairs, projects, and orders until handover to the customer
- Active support in daily operations
Ensuring occupational safety and enforcement of regulations and measures - Maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new orders
- Preparation of offers, applications for electrical installations, and billing
- Responsibility for financial results and adherence to deadlines
- Continuous optimisation of operations and promotion of innovations
- Participation in the on-call organisation
- Further development of the department
- Compliance with and enforcement of all legal and operational requirements and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training to become a federally certified electrical installer (master craftsman examination)
- Knowledge in maintenance and repair of systems
- Enthusiasm for versatile and responsible tasks
- Fluent German skills, spoken and written
- Independence, team spirit, and customer orientation
