Administration and support of the IT infrastructure, including servers and network architecture
Ensuring security and availability through regular maintenance and security updates
Planning and implementation of IT solutions and processes
Analysis and resolution of technical faults, rapid restoration of system availability
Management of backup solutions to ensure data security
Qualifications:
Completed training as a system technician with at least 5 years of experience
Sound knowledge in the area of networking (VLANs, routing, security, firewalls)
Experience in server virtualisation with VMware and Broadcom
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS)
Experience with HPE, Cisco, Ubiquiti, telephone systems (PBX) and Citrix is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills
