You have solid network expertise and want to actively help shape a technically versatile infrastructure? In this role, you take responsibility for the stable operation of the network and system landscape, analyse complex faults, and develop sustainable solutions.
At the same time, you contribute your ideas for automations, technical optimisations, and new projects and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners.
Responsibilities:
You ensure a stable and reliable operation of the network and system landscape.
You analyse complex faults, especially in 3rd-level support, and develop sustainable solutions.
You recognise technical interrelations and derive appropriate measures from them.
You optimise processes and systems through automation and integration.
You contribute your own ideas and support the further development of the technical environment.
You take responsibility in projects for the introduction of new technologies.
You work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Together with the team, you ensure the availability of services outside regular working hours and provide on-call duty for about five weeks per year.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or further education in the IT or network environment or have corresponding practical experience.
You have solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network hardware.
Ideally, you are familiar with Linux/Unix systems, DNS, automation, and/or virtualisation.
You are interested in modern technologies and continuously develop your knowledge.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.
You must possess a category B driving licence.
You have fluent German language skills.
