Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in accounting in a versatile and growing service company? The company operates in the technical infrastructure sector and supports customers from various industries with specialised services. In this role, you take on a diverse range of tasks in finance, work independently, and ensure that accounting, payment transactions, and financial statements function reliably.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting
You handle the dunning and debt collection processes and keep track of outstanding receivables
You assist with monthly and annual closing tasks and compile the necessary documents
You perform reconciliations and controls and resolve discrepancies
You actively contribute to the optimisation of existing processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification
You bring professional experience in finance and accounting
You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel
You communicate fluently in German; additional national languages are an advantage
