Responsibilities:
- You prepare and operate wired internet and data centre supply.
- You take over the operational management of colocation data centres.
- You coordinate and provide B2B internet connections.
- You conduct ISP connectivity operations (B2B, FTTH) with various providers.
- You handle IP addressing and backbone transport technology.
- You prepare and provide dark fibre routes.
- You develop network solutions and evaluate locations.
- You process customer enquiries and manage fault handling.
- You monitor and coordinate orders and partners.
Qualifications:
- You have training in computer science or a technical basic education (e.g., telematics technician, ICT, electrical installer).
- You have experience in network technology or with telecom providers (carrier, ISP, data centre).
- You are familiar with network planning and configuration (TCP/IP, routing, switching, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, fibre optic networks).
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- Your German language skills are fluent.
