In this exciting role, you will support the General Agent in their diverse tasks, ranging from customer care to personnel matters. Additional sales support activities complete your varied daily routine.

Your Impact with Us

The focus of this multifaceted job is supporting the General Agent in all sales processes.

In this service- and sales-oriented collaboration, you take an active role and together ensure optimal care and advice for our customers.

Also central to your duties is assisting the General Agent with all administrative and organisational matters: you manage appointment scheduling including agenda management, task triage, as well as correspondence. Furthermore, you enjoy participating in projects and help organise events and occasions.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Advanced training in insurance or willingness to pursue it
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Communicative, proactive and independent personality with empathy
• High affinity for digital topics
•  Fluent German skills, additional languages are a plus
