- Execution of payment runs and expense management
- Preparation of cost centre reports and their analysis
- Account reconciliations and interface management in the accounts payable area
- Participation in monthly closings, budget preparation and, if desired, apprentice supervision
- Several years of experience in accounts payable and payment transactions desirable
- Structured working method and strong affinity for numbers
- Interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Very good German skills and solid English skills necessary

Responsibilities
- Processing of accounts payable invoices and invoice workflows- Execution of payment runs and expense management

Profile
- Completed commercial training as well as further education in finance or accounting- Several years of experience in accounts payable and payment transactions desirable
- Structured working method and strong affinity for numbers
- Interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Very good German skills and solid English skills necessary
