You are responsible for bookkeeping and independently prepare interim and annual financial statements for our fiduciary clients.
As Head of Fiduciary Mandates, you take on tax declarations for legal entities and individuals and handle complex tax returns.
You professionally manage payroll mandates and reliably take over the entire personnel administration.
With your expertise, you advise on the setup, organisation, and further development of financial and subsidiary accounting.
You work closely with internal tax and auditing experts and support clients with company formations and changes.
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification as a certified fiduciary expert, a specialist in finance and accounting with a professional certificate, or a university degree with a focus on accounting.
- You work independently, precisely, and responsibly and are characterised by high discretion.
- With your strong initiative and flexibility, you take responsibility and bring entrepreneurial thinking.
- Confident use of MS Office is part of your daily routine.
- You are very familiar with accounting software, ideally Abacus.
- Through your commitment, you actively contribute to process optimisation and quality assurance.
