Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems
- Commissioning and functional testing
- Preparation of maintenance protocols and service reports
- Consulting and supporting customers in technical matters
- Compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Conducting training for customers and employees
- Supporting the training of apprentices
Qualifications:
- Completed training in building technology, electrical installation or ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Several years of experience in the service and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Sound knowledge of control and regulation technology
- Knowledge of building automation
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Driving licence and good German language skills
