Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing projects in the field of building automation
- Creation of concepts, specifications, and requirement documents for technical implementation
- Selection and coordination of external service providers and suppliers
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Leadership and motivation of the project team, ensuring efficient collaboration
- Customer support and consulting, developing solutions for individual requirements
- Documentation of project processes and preparation of final reports
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering, building technology, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in building automation
- Sound knowledge in planning and implementing automation projects
- Good understanding of electrical systems and installations
- Confident use of common software tools and programming languages
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organisational talent and high customer orientation
- Leadership skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
