Become the reference technical advisor in industrial fastening and shelving, combining office expertise and field development in French-speaking Switzerland.

Our client is a Swiss company active for over 120 years in the wholesale trade of technical products, specialising in fastening technology and industrial shelving systems. It distributes its products throughout Switzerland and stands out through an innovative commercial strategy.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Analyse the specifications of industrial and construction sector clients to propose the best technical alternatives
• Provide your expertise on steel grades, screw strength classes, and shelving system configurations
• Manage complex files from the office, ensuring rigorous technical follow-up
• Expand your client portfolio by actively prospecting in the field, in French-speaking Switzerland

You offer your new employer

• A Federal VET Diploma with a technical orientation (mechanic, locksmith, polymechanic or equivalent) complemented by commercial training, or a wholesale trade Federal VET Diploma combined with solid technical experience
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in steels, metals, cutting tools or fastening technology in French-speaking Switzerland
• Ideally a good command of DIN/ISO standards, threading systems and surface treatments
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic sizing calculations
• Comfort with IT tools such as ERP systems
