As a technical salesperson in timber construction, you are responsible for acquiring and supporting customers in the field of timber construction products and solutions. You provide technical advice and customised solutions and contribute to increasing sales in the timber construction segment.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the timber construction sector
- Advising customers on technical timber construction solutions, products, and systems
- Preparation and negotiation of offers as well as conclusion of sales contracts
- Conducting market analyses to identify business potential in timber construction
- Collaboration with the technical department to develop customer-specific solutions
- Monitoring market and competitive developments in timber construction
- Presentation of products and solutions at customer sites
Qualifications:
- Completed training in timber construction, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in sales of timber construction products or in a similar technical industry
- Good knowledge of timber construction and relevant market trends
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
- Independent working style and technical understanding
