Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures focusing on servers, storage, backup and virtualisation
Implementation of solutions from smaller setups to highly available data centres and cloud environments (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
Responsibility for customer infrastructures after structured handover within the team
Participation in project business as well as further development of existing and new IT solutions
Support of sales through presales consulting and technical expertise
Qualifications:
Education or degree in IT with several years of experience as a system engineer at an IT service provider
Very good knowledge of virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), complemented by solid server and storage experience
Practical experience with backup technologies as well as Microsoft Azure, network knowledge is an advantage
Experience with manufacturers such as Lenovo, IBM, Dell EMC, NetApp, Nutanix, Rubrik, Veeam or comparable solutions
Willingness to travel regionally
Fluent German language skills
