Installation & maintenance of IT infrastructures (servers, clients, network)
Ensuring the operational security of customer systems
User support (1st/2nd level) and administration (users, documentation)
Collaboration on cloud and on-premises solutions
Qualifications:
IT training (EFZ) or equivalent
Practical experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD)
Network know-how (LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS)
Basic cloud knowledge (Azure, M365)
Swiss German (fluent)
