Responsibilities:
- You take on a varied all-round role ranging from project management to IT and cloud engineering to customer support
- You can fully utilise and continuously expand your IT knowledge in the areas of cloud, network, server, security and more
- As an IT expert for digitalisation solutions, you advise customers and work in a motivated team with an inspiring working environment
- Your infrastructure solutions meet the highest quality standards of customers and you can actively contribute your knowledge in a demanding environment, also as a project manager
Qualifications:
- You have a solid IT education in the field of system technology as well as several years of professional experience, ideally with an IT service provider
- Your expertise lies in the areas of private cloud, Windows Server, virtualisation, network technologies and IT security
- You are customer-oriented and master professional communication with demanding SME clients
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
