The company manages around 150 properties in Basel and the surrounding area and enjoys a solid reputation in its market region. Your tasks:

In this position, you will help ensure that the accounting processes around a diverse real estate portfolio function cleanly, transparently, and on time. You work precisely, keep an overview, and maintain the necessary calm when several issues are running simultaneously.

• Management of property accounting
• Processing and control of ongoing bookings
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of owner statements
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Reconciliations, controls, and monitoring of payment flows
• Support with budgeting and evaluations
• Collaboration with internal departments and external contacts on accounting matters
• Participation in the optimisation of workflows and processes

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in property accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting for rental properties, ideally also in the area of condominium ownership
• Experience with heating and ancillary cost statements
• Good IT user skills

• Enjoyment of a personal, professional environment with direct collaboration
