Clerk Export and Order Management 60-80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the machinery and industrial sector with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You process customer enquiries and prepare the corresponding offers.
You enter customer orders into the ERP system and update them on time.
You prepare export deliveries including customs and shipping documents.
For international shipments, you coordinate the necessary steps with transport partners.
You carry out export controls and apply for required permits.
You organise certificates of origin and other documents with the responsible authorities.
You handle special transactions such as advance payments, loan shipments or Carnet ATA administratively.
Additionally, you take care of invoicing, master data maintenance and the telephone switchboard.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a trading or industrial company.
Practical experience in export processing in an internationally active company.
Good English skills are advantageous for some business contacts.
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is desirable.
Confident use of MS Office and digital business applications.
Independent and structured working style with reliable task completion.
Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment in communicating with various contacts.
Very good German skills as well as fluent French in spoken and written form.
