Consulting customers and conducting needs analyses to develop suitable IT solutions
Design, procurement, implementation and support of workstation, server and LAN components
Installation and configuration of applications and systems
Providing technical support and troubleshooting
Ensuring a stable and efficient IT operation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ), MS certifications advantageous
Good knowledge of network technologies
Practical experience with Microsoft client and server environments
Knowledge of server virtualisation as well as Exchange and SQL Server advantageous
Very good German skills spoken and written
