Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Processing international orders from recording to shipping
Checking customs and export regulations for cross-border deliveries
Preparation and control of relevant commercial and shipping documents
Handling certificates of origin and preference documents
Coordination with freight forwarders, authorities, and international business partners
Supporting internal departments with questions regarding customs and export control
Reviewing existing processes and conducting compliance checks
Participation in training, audits, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in foreign trade or customs
Several years of experience in export, import, or international order processing
Good knowledge of customs, origin, and preference law
Experience with export control and foreign trade regulations
Confident handling of ERP and customs systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Familiar with international supply chains and common Incoterms
Practical knowledge in handling letters of credit and CAD transactions
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
