Head of Network Central Grisons

• You lead the Central Grisons Network department both professionally and personally and specifically develop the employees further.
• You ensure the safe, economical, and timely operation as well as the maintenance and realisation of the installations in the medium and low voltage network and provide services for third parties.
• As a delegated plant operator, you are responsible for the safe, economical, and timely operation of the network infrastructure.
• You represent ewz towards authorities, customers, and other stakeholders and promote a lived safety culture.
• You are responsible for the organisational cost centre and continuously develop processes and workflows.

• You have several years of leadership and professional experience in network operation or maintenance as well as a higher technical education (HF, FH, university or ETH) in electrical engineering or energy technology.
• You bring sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of medium and low voltage networks as well as ideally experience as a plant operator.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in managing budgets, projects, and resources distinguish you.
• Your high leadership, communication, and decision-making skills enable effective collaboration with different stakeholders.
• The willingness to perform on-call duty completes your profile.
