MS System Engineer (m/f/d)

- 2nd Level Support Handling of requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Order Execution Independent execution of tasks according to specified standards and deadlines
- Datacentre Operation Monitoring and operation of the datacentre to ensure system availability
- Documentation Creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure documentation for clear traceability
- Onboarding Integration of new customers into systems and processes
- Project Participation Active involvement in ICT projects to develop innovative solutions and optimise existing systems
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training
- Experience with Sophos XG Firewall, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Hycu and Veeam Backup
- Microsoft Cloud experience in installation and administration
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, initiative and goal-oriented working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
