Role:
For an established real estate service company, we are looking for a committed individual to support a diverse portfolio in commercial and technical management. You will already take on your own tasks, be in direct contact with owners and tenants, and have the opportunity to further expand your expertise in tenancy law, rent structuring, and property management.
Responsibilities:
You support the commercial and technical management of a diverse property portfolio
You manage tenancy relationships and handle rental contracts, rent adjustments, and other changes
You coordinate repairs, damage and insurance cases as well as external service providers
You assist with budgeting, service charge statements and other administrative tasks
You maintain contact with owners, tenants, and external partners and handle their concerns
Qualifications:
You bring solid experience in property management as well as good knowledge of tenancy law and rent structuring
You are familiar with both the commercial and technical aspects of property management
You have experience with rent analyses and the preparation of decision and credit applications
Confident German language skills are required
