Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge with international customer contact? As an Export International Clerk 60-80%, you will look after business partners in various countries, coordinate customer orders, and ensure professional collaboration across borders.
Responsibilities:
You maintain contact with business customers abroad and support their concerns in English and Italian.
You accompany international sales orders and ensure reliable processing within the agreed deadlines.
You regularly coordinate with various company departments and ensure smooth collaboration.
You occasionally participate in sales activities and product events.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
Knowledge of international goods traffic and customs environment.
You communicate confidently in German, English, and Italian and enjoy interacting with business partners.
You impress with customer orientation, quick comprehension, and an independent working style.
You bring organisational talent, interconnected thinking, and resilience and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
