To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the TechOps area, we are looking for a committed individual as Lead Process Experts TechOps (MSAT) - Sisslerfeld Site Development 100% (a)
As part of the establishment of our new greenfield GMP-regulated downstream process plant for API manufacturing in Sisslerfeld, you will work at the interface between production, quality, engineering, project management, and other site functions, actively advancing processes and structures.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, building, leading, and further developing the organisational unit
- Technical responsibility as the "receiving unit" for process transfers into production. Conducting assessments as well as creating and implementing transfer plans
- Preparation, coordination, and execution of process performance qualification. Creation of GMP assessments and risk analyses
- Support in scale-up evaluations and process assessments within the scope of plant and process development
- Accompanying the commissioning of new plants and systems
- Development and documentation of TechOps business processes as part of site development
- Technical support for production regarding process questions as well as analysis and handling of deviations
- Close collaboration with manufacturing, TechOps, engineering, QA, and project management
- Support during regulatory inspections and customer audits during the build-up and start-up phase
Your profile:
- Completed studies in chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology, or a comparable engineering or scientific discipline, ideally with a doctorate
- Several years of experience in large-scale downstream or upstream processing of APIs in a GMP-regulated environment
- Solid knowledge in preparative chromatography; experience with freeze-drying and spray-drying is an advantage
- Good knowledge of chemical production, process engineering, plant planning, and regulatory requirements (e.g. ICH Q7, FDA, EMA)
- Experience in planning and executing tech transfers;
- Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to develop pragmatic solutions even in complex or unclear situations
- Team-oriented personality with clear, open communication and the ability to bring together various interfaces
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
