You are responsible for complex customer infrastructures and IT services and support customers directly
You configure and implement automated solutions and further develop private and public cloud platforms
You work with technologies such as networking, virtualisation, backup, Microsoft servers/clients, Azure, Microsoft 365, security and monitoring
You take on monitoring, maintenance and 2nd-level change, problem and incident management
You maintain documentation, support customers and contribute to IT projects
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business informatics/computer science (HF or higher) or an equivalent qualification
You bring experience from an IT service provider or a comparable role
You have very good knowledge of relevant IT technologies; certifications are an advantage
You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
