Role:
As a building automation technician, you are responsible for programming, commissioning and maintaining building management and automation systems. With your know-how, you ensure that buildings are controlled in an energy-efficient, safe and comfortable manner.
Responsibilities:
Programming, commissioning and optimising automation and control systems (e.g. PLC, BMS)
Installation and wiring of sensors, actuators and control components
Carrying out maintenance and repair work on building automation systems
Troubleshooting and fault rectification in the systems
Collaboration with electrical installers and planners in new builds and modernisations
Documentation of work and adherence to quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent qualification
Experience with PLC programming and automation systems
Knowledge in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills and customer orientation
