Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual with expertise in finance and accounting. In this role, you will manage various mandates and be responsible for diverse tasks within accounting. You will ensure correct and timely processing of financial processes and contribute to relevant closing activities.

Responsibilities:

• You manage the financial accounting of several mandates and ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• You perform intercompany reconciliations and prepare the corresponding closing data for group reporting

• You create financial content for management and explanatory reports and support collaboration with external auditors

• You are responsible for bank and accounts receivable accounting including invoicing and dunning and support ongoing accounts payable processes

• You handle tax returns, VAT declarations as well as other tax declarations and ensure their correct processing

• You support budgeting, long-term financial planning and monthly liquidity planning

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or a business degree and bring several years of professional experience in accounting

• You have good knowledge of accounting standards IFRS, OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as in the area of direct and indirect taxes

• You work very confidently with Excel and are familiar with SAP; experience with a consolidation tool is an advantage

• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills; knowledge of French is an additional plus
