Production Planning and Scheduling Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical security and building solutions. The company develops and sells high-quality systems for professional use and supports its customers with individual solutions and comprehensive expertise. Responsibilities:
You coordinate customer and production orders taking into account priorities and capacities.
You check order data in the ERP system and adjust it if necessary.
You monitor ongoing production orders regarding progress and deadlines.
In case of deviations, you agree on new deadlines with the responsible departments.
As a contact person, you support internal departments with order-related questions.
You clarify delivery dates with suppliers and provide administrative support to operational purchasing.
Additionally, you take on deputy roles within the planning team.
You contribute your practical experience to process and digitalisation projects.
Qualifications:
Completed logistics or technical apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in PPS, logistics, or supply chain.
Professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or order processing in an industrial company.
Confident handling of ERP/PPS systems and common MS Office applications.
Good knowledge of operational production and material flow processes.
You work independently, systematically, and solution-oriented.
Reliable organisation and a strong sense of responsibility characterise you.
You are familiar with collaborating with various internal contacts.
You have a good command of German, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
