What the daily work looks like

• Co-responsibility for the stable, secure and efficient operation as well as the continuous development of Polypoint PEP
• First point of contact and professional support for complex questions regarding Polypoint PEP
• Management of changes, releases and system updates for smooth deployments
• Coordination of collaboration with external manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments
• Precise mapping and implementation of labour law, collective labour agreements and internal guidelines in the system landscape
• Forward-looking analysis of legal, regulatory and operational changes and derivation of necessary system adjustments
• Analysis of technical and professional challenges and development of sustainable optimisation solutions
• Competent advice to internal stakeholders on system functions and their compliant application

Skills and potential

• Several years of solid experience in the administration, configuration, maintenance and further development of Polypoint PEP
• Proven practical knowledge in managing changes, releases and tests as well as in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Great enthusiasm for acting as the central specialist unit and contact person for Polypoint PEP
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• High analytical competence in complex problem situations as well as the ability to develop and implement sustainable solution concepts
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as precise and audience-appropriate communication style
