Role:
Our Rocken partner is an established Swiss construction company in the Zurich Oberland area and stands for quality, innovation, and reliability. To strengthen the experienced finance team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional. In this versatile role, you will take on tasks in financial and operational accounting and also contribute in the personnel and social insurance area.
Responsibilities:
You manage the financial accounting and support the annual financial statements
You oversee accounts receivable including dunning
You manage accounts payable and perform account reconciliations
You prepare VAT returns punctually
You assist with administrative tasks in human resources as well as with withholding tax returns
You are the contact person for general administrative matters in the finance department
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education with further training in accounting, for example as an accounting clerk
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting; experience in the construction industry or a related field is an advantage
You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards as well as tax law and social insurance
You are familiar with Abacus and MS Office, especially Excel
You work precisely, analytically, and in a structured manner and are a team player
Fluent German language skills
