Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing customer enquiries
Supporting ongoing customer orders in internal sales
Clarifications on technical issues with internal specialist departments
Support in international sales transactions
Communication with customers by phone and e-mail
Administrative support of sales staff
Recording and updating order information in the ERP
Processing evaluations and data with Excel
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training with corresponding additional qualification
Practical experience in international internal sales
Understanding of technical products and contexts
Good user knowledge of Excel and MS Office
Familiarity with common ERP solutions
Customer-oriented communication and independent working style
German at negotiation level
Good English skills, additional languages welcome
