• Leading the People Service Center with a total of 16 employees in HR Business Support & Payroll
• Overall responsibility for standardised, scalable end-to-end HR services along the HR lifecycle
• Managing service quality, clear service levels and continuous development of processes and expansion of self-service, digitalisation and professional first-level support
• Close collaboration with all HR disciplines and active participation in the HR management team

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience in building or transforming service organisations in the HR environment
• Proven experience in change initiatives including re- and upskilling of employees, process design, managing service quality and continuous improvement
• Strong affinity for digitalisation, automation, AI and self-service as well as a pronounced customer focus
• Broad experience in various HR disciplines as well as extensive expertise in stakeholder management (business/line experience advantageous)
• Completed business/economics training with further education/studies in Human Resources
