Role:
Actively develop the digital workplace and create sustainable IT solutions.
We are looking for a committed professional who ensures internal IT operations and simultaneously successfully implements modern Microsoft cloud technologies. In addition to daily support, the focus is on further developing the workplace environment and migrating to modern identity solutions.
Responsibilities:
Support internal IT users in 2nd and 3rd level support
Analyse and sustainably resolve technical faults
Plan and implement Microsoft Entra ID migrations
Further develop modern identity and access management solutions
Administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID
Automate administrative processes with PowerShell
Manage Windows clients and mobile devices
Participate in IT infrastructure and digitalisation projects
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support the introduction of new Microsoft cloud services
Qualifications:
Experience in system engineering or IT support with a focus on Microsoft technologies
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows client management
Good knowledge of PowerShell
Experience with identity management and cloud migrations
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
Enjoy direct interaction with internal users
