System Engineer Microsoft (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape the digitalisation of your customers by implementing comprehensive solutions in the areas of IT services, software solutions, and information security. You take responsibility from consulting through project development and implementation to the operation and maintenance of the introduced systems. You implement new digital processes or optimise existing workflows with the aim of managing IT projects efficiently and sustainably. Thanks to simple processes and a large scope for design, you quickly find pragmatic, needs-oriented solutions and thus contribute significantly to the stability and security of the infrastructure on Swiss servers. In addition, you actively engage in an environment characterised by co-determination, diversity, and collaboration on equal terms, where team spirit and ideas count.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, install, and configure IT systems and networks
- In this role, you manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- You monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure for stable operation
- As an IT infrastructure specialist, you perform system updates, upgrades, software deployments, and license management
- You analyse disruptions in IT operations and resolve them sustainably
- In this role, you advise and support customers on technical questions and information security topics
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the Windows client environment as well as in network and server administration
- Very good understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
- Experience with virtualisation technologies and modern IT infrastructures
- Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and a structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
