Human Resources Consultant

Permanent and temporary staffing agency in the luxury hotel and catering sector based in Geneva and recognised for its quality work is seeking as part of its development a Human Resources Consultant to complete its team.

Your profile:

• You come from the luxury hotel and catering sector, preferably with at least an assistant F&B role or in Human Resources.
• Organised, disciplined, enthusiastic, rigorous, good interpersonal skills, autonomous
• Team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools
• You are comfortable with numbers
• Knowledge of the Romandy economic fabric
• Good interpersonal skills
• Very good stress and priority management
• Ability to manage and keep a schedule up to date (200 to 400 employees)

Your mission:

• Selection, interviewing and recruitment of candidates
• Handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments (candidates and clients)
• Planning candidates' activities according to our clients' needs
• Commercial prospecting
• Managing weekend on-call duties (on-call phone)
• Schedule management
