Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Managing the general ledgers
- Independent bookkeeping and administration of all real estate-related financial transactions
- Performing accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping as well as monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
- Preparing rent and ancillary cost statements for commercial and private tenants
- Coordinating annual financial statements and supporting budget preparation
- Close collaboration with property management and external service providers such as auditors and tax consultants
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in real estate and accounting
- Good knowledge of German tax law as well as experience with VAT and tenancy law
- Good command of MS Office and Abacus or other programmes
- Strong numerical understanding and high accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
