Microsoft Cloud & System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken® partner specialises in IT security, cloud solutions, as well as IT outsourcing and support. They rely on innovative services and solutions, moving and orienting themselves at the pulse of technology. This results in many advantages for our customers compared to traditional IT solutions, which are less flexible and rarely scalable.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a stable IT infrastructure and high system availability
Support and further development of Microsoft environments in the customer environment
Planning and implementation of infrastructure, rollout and migration projects
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 1st and 2nd level support
Direct customer support, technical advice and on-site support
Qualifications:
Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
Knowledge of client/server systems, virtualisation, monitoring and backup
Experience in 1st/2nd level support and technical troubleshooting
Knowledge in infrastructure planning, system rollouts and migrations
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
