IT Solution Architect - Identity & Security ?? (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you design modern cloud and managed services solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365 and identity security, combining technical depth with strong consulting skills. You use your expertise to understand demanding requirements in the cloud domain, develop appropriate security and identity concepts, and embed them sustainably. In an environment where continuous learning and personal development are encouraged, you continuously expand your expertise and apply it directly in exciting projects. You work closely with other cloud enthusiasts, benefit from short decision-making paths, and actively shape your working day thanks to high flexibility. In this function, you significantly contribute to advancing innovative cloud architectures and secure identity solutions in Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities:
You conduct technical workshops and training around identity security and Microsoft 365
You create security concepts, architecture documentation, and decision templates
You implement security solutions technically using Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM
You accompany customers from requirements gathering to go-live and work closely with internal and external teams
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in identity & access management and Microsoft 365 security
A Microsoft certification such as SC-300, MS-500, or AZ-500 is advantageous
You confidently moderate workshops and independently implement projects with a hands-on mentality
You have excellent command of German and English both spoken and written; both languages are equally required in daily project work
