As a System Engineer Microsoft 365, you operate and develop hybrid infrastructures based on Windows Server, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Azure. Complex environments with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams Voice, and Conditional Access are part of your daily routine. You work closely with customers, conduct in-depth analyses, and consistently automate with PowerShell. Challenging migrations and transitions motivate you rather than deter you.
Responsibilities:
You operate and optimise Windows Server and cloud environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
You fully manage endpoint management with Intune, from Autopilot through app deployment to compliance policies
You are responsible for identity and access concepts in Entra ID, including Conditional Access and hybrid synchronization
Furthermore, you participate in outsourcing projects and support migrations, transitions, and commissioning
Additionally, you resolve complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
You also maintain runbooks, automation scripts, and technical documentation
Qualifications:
You bring solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365 workloads
You are proficient in Conditional Access, group policies, and hybrid identity scenarios
You work confidently with Autopilot, configuration, and compliance policies in endpoint management
You are familiar with Azure services in the IaaS and PaaS areas as well as common hybrid infrastructure concepts
Moreover, you automate recurring tasks in a structured manner using scripting
You communicate professionally with customers, fluent in German and confident in technical English exchanges
