HR MANAGER

80% permanent contract

Start date: 1st October or to be agreed

Workplace: Yverdon-les-Bains

Your mission:

• Enter, update and check employees’ administrative data
• Draw up employment contracts, amendments, etc.
• Check fixed and variable remuneration elements and participate in the complete payroll processing
• Handle affiliations and changes with social insurances and prepare the corresponding statements
• Inform employees about their payslips and any questions related to their file
• Prepare sickness and accident declarations, check the consistency of medical certificates, forward them to the insurances and ensure follow-up
• Process requests related to various allowances
• Enter and configure employees in the time management tool, perform necessary checks and make corrections
• Carry out usual administrative tasks in HR

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration
• Experience in administrative human resources management
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Sense of responsibility and adaptability
