Our client is an SME with more than 70 employees in French-speaking Switzerland, active in the field of energy infrastructures. In a context marked by the energy transition, the digitalisation of activities, and the evolution of professions, it is pursuing an ambitious organisational and cultural transformation process.
To support this evolution, we are looking for its future Human Resources Manager.
A member of the Executive Committee, you will be a strategic partner to General Management and will actively contribute to the development of the organisation, skills, managerial practices, and corporate culture.
Your mission
You define and implement the HR strategy in line with the company’s directions and support the necessary transformations for its development.
Close to employees and managers, you ensure that the HR function is a hands-on partner and a lever for performance, engagement, and innovation serving both employees and the company’s objectives.
Your responsibilities
In this position, you will notably be responsible for:
- Defining, proposing, and deploying the HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives;
- Supporting managers and teams in organisational transformations, job evolutions, and change management processes;
- Identifying needs, proposing solutions, and implementing actions necessary for skills development, career paths, succession plans, and managerial leadership;
- Establishing and managing all HR policies (recruitment, talent development, remuneration, performance, health and safety, quality of work life, diversity and inclusion);
- Advising and supporting employees and managers in their daily HR challenges and actively contributing to finding appropriate solutions;
- Maintaining constructive social dialogue with social partners;
- Continuing the modernisation of the HR function through process digitalisation and the development of management indicators;
- Participating in the Executive Committee’s work, preparing HR files for the Board of Directors, and representing the company with external partners.
Your profile
You are a recognised HR professional known for your strategic vision, leadership, and ability to lead large-scale transformations.
You notably have:
- a federal diploma as an HR specialist;
- a higher education degree in human resources, management, law, work psychology, or an equivalent field (Master’s, DAS or MBA);
- at least 10 years of experience in a responsible HR role, including participation in an Executive Committee;
- proven experience in leading organisational transformations;
- a strong interest in hands-on support for employees and managers;
- excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and the main areas of human resources management;
- excellent writing and presentation skills in French. Additionally, a good knowledge of German would be an asset.
Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be an advantage, as will a background combining public and private environments.
